Rituals For Forgotten Faces No I and No. II were first performed in recitals in
Pittsburgh and Boston, in October 1999 by pianist Jill Richards. Rituals For
Forgotten Faces is an ongoing cycle of works which currently Include: solo piano
I, II, VII and VIII; string quartets (No IVA and IVB); a concerto grosso in two
movements (No. V); and a recorder sextet (No VI). The sextet premiered in
Holland in 2000.
