Disturbed Taboo is a musical commentary of a traditional practice that happens annually in Venda, Limpopo- a district in the northern parts of South Africa. The song captures the emotional experiences between two brothers made to fight in a bare knuckle contest with hopes to impress the king. You will find subtle moments at times, as well as complex and somewhat confusing moments, and this entire sonic experience is intended to evoke an array of emotions
